House Rules Columbus Cannabisstore 

It's important that everyone adheres to the established house rules.

ID 18+ 
​You can always identify yourself with a valid ID. If you're 18 years or older, no problem. If you're younger, unfortunately, we cannot admit you. If you cannot show a valid ID, we unfortunately cannot assist you in the shop. If you show an invalid or fake ID, we will be forced to contact the police.

Clothing / Headwear 
​We'd like to be able to see your face, so no helmets, sunglasses, or other clothing items that cover most of your head or your eyes. 

Consumption Policy  
Food and drinks are mandatory, so feel free to order something to drink or snack on. Please pay immediately, as we don't do orders on credit. We do not sell alcoholic beverages, and it is not permitted to stay in the shop for longer than 2 hours or to bring your own food or drinks.

Parking your car, scooter or bike 
Please park your car, scooter, or bike in the designated spots. If you don't, we won't be able to assist you in the shop. Click here for nearby parking locations. If you're coming by car, do not use marijuana before getting behind the wheel. This is prohibited and carries legal penalties, and if we deem it necessary, we may contact the authorities.

Amounts 
You may purchase a maximum of 5 grams per day. Reselling anything is not permitted. If you do, we will be forced to immediately contact the police. Naturally, this also applies to reselling or providing to minors; this is a criminal offense.

Behavior 
No discrimination, theft, aggression, or intimidation. These are all behaviors that we absolutely do not tolerate. We will ask you to leave the shop and, if necessary, may contact the authorities. We are a social establishment, and we stand for an open, pleasant, and safe atmosphere. Please always follow our requests.

Hard drugs 
Possession or dealing of hard drugs, party drugs, and/or alcohol is not permitted. We will be forced to immediately contact the police, and you will never be welcome in our shop again. Zero tolerance!

Smoking
Smoking indoors is not permitted at our establishment. The law dictates that tobacco cannot be smoked in a hospitality venue or coffeeshop. Therefore, we have created a spacious smoking area for your use if you wish to smoke indoors. With a vaporizer, you don't necessarily need to use the smoking area.

Weapons 
It is not permitted to possess weapons in or around the shop. In such cases, we will immediately contact the police, and a zero-tolerance policy applies, meaning you will no longer be welcome in our shop!

Mobile phone 
We kindly ask that you keep mobile phone use to a minimum. You're welcome to use the Columbus Wireless Internet, but we'd prefer it doesn't prevent you from socializing with your fellow visitors. Phone calls are not permitted.

Cameras
Cameras are installed inside and outside the Cannabis Store for your safety and to prevent nuisance. If we observe you not adhering to the house rules or the law, the police will be contacted, and you may be issued a ban from the area.

PLEASE NOTE: The complete house rules are available in the shop. Always follow our questions or requests. We can always make changes to the house rules, and we can decide to refuse you entry. Pets are not allowed in the shop.
