Columbus Cannabis Store Harderwijk is a non-profit foundation.
Donation Request Conditions
The profit generated from sales must be used to improve the organization and to fund educational activities. Furthermore, financial contributions can be provided to organizations, institutions, or causes within the coffeeshop's service area that align as much as possible with the foundation's objectives, or that have an idealistic or social purpose. These should, as much as possible, align with the objectives of the coffeeshop policy and/or benefit causes, organizations, and institutions that cater to the coffeeshop's clientele.

CONDITIONS
Incomplete applications will not be processed.
ANBI Certified
For public benefit organizations, it is required that they are ANBI (Public Benefit Organisation) certified.
Specific Cause
The support can only be requested for a specific social cause.
Not structural
The donation is not structural and should not be used to cover operating deficits.
Local
The projects for which support is requested should, as much as possible, be related to residents of Harderwijk/Hierden.
Legal Entities Only
No monetary amounts will be transferred to individuals; however, material support may be granted.
Must include a budget, annual accounts, and project plan
An annual report must be submitted along with a project plan/goal description that includes a budget. This budget should encompass not only a cost estimate, but also a funding plan.
Funds from multiple sources are being sought.
The budget for large projects must show that contributions are also being sought from other organizations or funds.
Focus Areas
The projects for which we provide donations are very diverse. Examples include: sports projects, summer school, Christmas mission, and others.

The advisory committee of Stichting Columbus Cannabis Store Harderwijk advises the board. The board will respond to the application within 8 weeks. If necessary, the board may consult with third parties. The decision cannot be discussed.
The board reserves the right to refuse applications at any time without stating a reason.
