Columbus Cannabis Store Harderwijk is a non-profit foundation.

The profit generated from sales must be used to improve the organization and to fund educational activities. Furthermore, financial contributions can be provided to organizations, institutions, or causes within the coffeeshop's service area that align as much as possible with the foundation's objectives, or that have an idealistic or social purpose. These should, as much as possible, align with the objectives of the coffeeshop policy and/or benefit causes, organizations, and institutions that cater to the coffeeshop's clientele.

The advisory committee of Stichting Columbus Cannabis Store Harderwijk advises the board. The board will respond to the application within 8 weeks. If necessary, the board may consult with third parties. The decision cannot be discussed. The board reserves the right to refuse applications at any time without stating a reason.
